These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Server Pulse mobile application and related services (“Service”) at serverspulse.org. By creating an account or using Server Pulse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Server Pulse is a server monitoring application that lets you monitor server availability, uptime, and performance, and receive notifications when servers experience issues or recover.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Server Pulse. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using Server Pulse, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Server Pulse strives to provide accurate monitoring information, but we do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service, error-free monitoring, or absolute accuracy of uptime or latency data. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Push notifications and third-party alerts (such as Telegram) are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for configuring notification preferences. We are not liable for missed alerts caused by network issues, device settings, third-party service outages, or factors outside our control.
Server Pulse currently offers a free tier. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. If you purchase a subscription, billing, renewals, and refunds will be handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (or another payment provider we disclose at the time of purchase) and are subject to that provider’s terms.
You may stop using Server Pulse at any time and delete your account from the app (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, your use poses a risk to the Service or other users, or we are required to do so by law.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Server Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, business, or profits, or for monitoring inaccuracies or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction in Iraq, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
